Specialized Roubaix

Every crack in the road, every pothole, every patch of asphalt, can embarrass any bike for whatever it is. That is why we have completely redesigned the Roubaix with the latest absorption technology to make it the most comfortable and advanced bicycle on the market.

When you roll with comfort, you're really rolling faster. And independently without wheels on cobblestones to the north of France or you ride around your city, you will benefit greatly from the new Roubaix Comp. The frame is the lightest we have ever made, it has been built from our FACT 10r carbon fiber. Its stiffness levels are remarkable and compared to the SL4 frame, you will experience a new sense of speed and a more efficient geometry. Thanks to its engineering, we have managed to maintain the shape, sensations and position for which many value the SL4 frame. Of course, you'll be thinking And what about the front suspension? We have called it Future Shock and in essence, it is a piston located inside the steering head with 20mm of suspension travel.

We have developed this technology in collaboration with McLaren Applied Technologies, and the result is a drastic improvement in performance, specifically in terms of vertical absorption in the fork, which means an improvement in smoothness, speed and comfort. And of all the bikes we have tried, the new Roubaix outperforms any current bike on the market. Finally in terms of equipment mounted a group Ultegra / 105 of 11 speeds, hydraulic disc brakes and ultra-resistant wheels DT R460 Disco.
